Travis the owner came out and met with me and my husband on a Thursday and came back with an offer on Monday. His team worked with me and my dad for all details that were needed to close. I had thought of selling my condo rather quickly and contacted several companies that buy your place for cash, no questions asked albeit for less than you would probably get on the open market but without the waiting.  The offers I received seemed low to me and when I expressed that thought to Katie Erickson of MNNice she took the time to thoroughly explain how the process works and the reasons for these lower offers.
